Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you encounter a major issue with our service, you can request a refund within 12 hours of purchase.

How do I request it?
Email : contact@watchusatv.com  with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. Use the subject line: “Refund Request.”

What doesn’t qualify?

  • Device or setup issues

  • Temporary interruptions (internet or server)

  • Change of mind

  • Monthly subscription fees

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed in 3–7 business days (up to 15 days with some payment providers).

Trial & Outages
Use our trial period to test the service. For outages over 48 hours, we’ll refund and extend your subscription for the downtime.
